Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience with Quillo.Club. If something's not right, here's how to reach us:

Subscriptions through your school

If your school enrolled you in Quillo.Club, please email schools@quillo.club with your name, school name, and a description of the issue. We'll work with your school's administration to sort things out.

Direct (individual) subscriptions

If you signed up for Quillo.Club on your own (or a parent/guardian signed you up), please email support@quillo.club with your account details and reason for the refund request. We'll do our best to help.

A quick note on how this works

Quillo.Club is powered by AI, and every time you use our tools — generating ideas, building characters, writing and refining stories — we use tokens from large language model providers on your behalf. Think of it like ink in a printing press: once it's on the page, we can't put it back in the cartridge.

This means we may not be able to offer full refunds for usage that has already occurred, but we'll always work with you to find a fair solution. We review every request individually and genuinely want to make things right.
